Diese Unterkunft steht mit beiden F\u00fc\u00dfen im Wasser: Die \"Veules\" - der kleinste Fluss Frankreichs - ist nur 3 Meter vom Haus entfernt und das Meer ist in 3 Minuten zu Fu\u00df erreichbar. Das Haus ist leicht zug\u00e4nglich und hat einen privaten Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus.<\/p>\n

Es wurde vor kurzem komplett renoviert und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Flusses an einem Weg: keine Autos, die Sie st\u00f6ren k\u00f6nnten!<\/span><\/p>\n

Zwei der Zimmer haben ihre eigenen italienische Duschen<\/strong> und es gibt ein Badezimmer mit WC f\u00fcr die anderen beiden Zimmer.\u00a0 3\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Zimmer stehen der <\/span>Fluss<\/strong>Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im hinteren Bereich mit Blick auf den Garten.\u00a0<\/span>Garten<\/strong>.<\/span>
Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (mit Queensize-Bett und eigenem Badezimmer) ist f\u00fcr Personen mit eingeschr\u00e4nkter Mobilit\u00e4t zug\u00e4nglich.
Das Ferienhaus ist ausgestattet mit alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten<\/strong> (Wifi, Flachbildfernseher, Geschirrsp\u00fcler, Waschk\u00fcche mit Waschmaschine usw.) Es ist komfortabel f\u00fcr 6 Erwachsene und bietet Platz f\u00fcr einen maximal 10 Personen<\/strong>. Ein Babybett wird auf Anfrage vor dem Aufenthalt kostenlos ausgeliehen.<\/p>\n
