Comfortably located in the centre of Veules Les Roses, the Belle Rive holiday home is a charming, luxurious town house in an old-fashioned style. This accommodation has both feet in the water: the "Veules" - France's smallest river - is 3 metres from the house and the sea is a 3-minute walk away. The gite is easily accessible, with private parking just behind the house.
It has recently been completely refurbished and is tastefully decorated.
The house is situated above the river, on a path: no cars to disturb you!
The rooms are equipped with in queen-size beds (160 x 200) in 3 bedrooms, while the last bedroom (with mezzanine) has 2 double beds (140 x 200).
Two of the bedrooms have their own walk-in showers and there is a bathroom with WC for the other 2 bedrooms. 3 rooms face the river1 bedroom is to the rear and overlooks the garden. garden.
The ground floor bedroom (with queen-size bed and en suite shower room) is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The holiday home is equipped with all modern comforts (Wifi, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine, etc.) It is comfortable for 6 adults and can accommodate an additional maximum of 10 people. A cot is available free of charge on request before your stay.

The luxury gîte "Belle Rive" has 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom on 2 levels (ground floor + first floor), ideal for 6 people (10 possible). A small, quiet garden accessible via a patio is at the rear of the house, and the entrance faces the small "river" that flows through Veules Les Roses.

The "Belle Rive" gîte is centrally located in a green setting. Veules Les Roses is a popular destination during the summer season. The village is big enough to have everything you need: a market, shops and restaurants. But not big enough to get lost in! There are countless walks and war relics to discover in and around Veules les Roses.

A deposit of €400 must be paid before arrival by bank transfer or given on arrival in cash (+€50 / pet).
Check in - out
Departure before 10am and arrival no earlier than 5pm. Minimum booking: 7 days. Adaptable if there is no rental before or after the stay.
Payment
Deposit 50% online, balance 30 days before arrival
Services
Linen hire (beds made up on arrival) €20/person (sheets, pillowcase, 2 towels, tea towel); end-of-stay cleaning (€80).
Heating
Meter readings taken when the previous tenant moves out or when the heating is switched on (if the property is unoccupied the day before) and when the tenant moves out.
Hygiene
Systematic disinfection (COVID). Organic cleaning products whenever possible.
Tourist tax
2 / day / person maximum (adults only), calculated according to the price of the stay and the number of people.
